Does it work for games with very few reviews?
Yes. Feedlenz monitors any active Steam game regardless of review count. It’ll notify you the moment your first new review lands.
How do hourly checks work — is it exactly every hour?
On Pro and Publisher, your games are checked every hour. Free plan checks once per day.
What if Steam is down or slow?
We retry failed requests up to 3 times with backoff. If Steam is unavailable, we skip that check and try again next run — you won’t miss reviews.
Can I monitor a game before it launches?
Only games with existing Steam reviews can be added. We use review count to detect changes, so pre-launch monitoring isn’t supported yet.
How do I cancel?
Go to Settings → Manage Subscription. Cancel anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
