Terms of Service

By accessing or using Feedlenz (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use Feedlenz.

Feedlenz is operated by BreakboundDigital. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” in these Terms refer to BreakboundDigital. You can reach us at [email protected].

Feedlenz monitors Steam game reviews on your behalf using Steam's public API. When new reviews are detected, we generate an AI-powered summary and deliver it to you by email and, optionally, Discord webhook. We do not require Steam credentials or publisher keys from you.

We reserve the right to modify, expand, or limit the features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.

Feedlenz uses magic link authentication — no password is created or stored. You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your account details remain accurate and for any activity that occurs under your account.

Feedlenz offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Publisher), billed on a monthly recurring basis. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal in your dashboard Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including unused time on a plan, downgraded plans, or accidental purchases. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal use
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service without our permission

Review summaries are generated by AI (OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini) based on a sample of recent Steam reviews. These summaries are approximations and may not accurately reflect all player sentiment or cover every review posted.

AI-generated content should not be relied upon as complete, authoritative analysis. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any summary.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Feedlenz relies on Steam's public API and third-party infrastructure — periods of unavailability may occur. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime or delayed notifications.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Paid subscriptions are cancelled at the point of termination.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BreakboundDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable national law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the EU member state in which BreakboundDigital operates.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
